2008 Democratic National Convention
Malcolm compliments his ever increasing list of "live paintings" at historical
events when the Host Committee for the National Democratic Convention in Denver,
Colorado commissioned Farley. In front of 12,000 media and celebrity attendees,
Malcolm entertained the indulgent crowd by completing a vibrant four by six foot
canvas of President elect, Barak Obama.
Over 700 newspapers, magazines and television broadcasts throughout the world
chose this image of Malcolm onstage beneath the Ferris wheel for the Kickoff
